Apparatus. Make sure your child has everything she needs to perform her routines. Each gymnast must have rope and stretching pillow for warming up.

Cash. Everyone, who is accompanying gymnast to the competition, has to pay admission to the gymnastics facility - £10 per person (free for under 12 y.o) You might also want to buy souvenirs, printed T-shirts and hoodies or even rhythmic gymnastics apparatus items, which are usually for sale in the gym during the competitions.

Camera. Make memorable pictures of your child, team and coaches to capture one of the most important events in your daughter's life – her rhythmic gymnastics competition. Please remember that no flash photography is allowed during the competitions. Professional photography is also available on the day.

Hairbrush, hairpins, hairspray, make-up kit… everything you need to make your gymnast groomed and ready for the competition. Each gymnast must have high tight bun.

Additional pair of half-shoes – If you daughter's half-shoes become even slightly wet, which often happens when girls forget to change shoes when going to the gym's bathroom, she will unlikely to be able to perform nice turns and spins on the carpet. Besides, a half-shoe can rip at any moment so it's better to have an extra pair.

Tracksuit to keep your gymnast warm after she's done with routines. It can take long time to wait for the awards and most of the gyms are pretty cool, especially in winter.

Water and healthy snack for gymnast – Gymnastics competitions usually last for a couple of hours and your daughter will be very thankful if she can eat something nutritious right after the competition.

Gymnasts are required to arrive two hours prior to their scheduled time for check in and warm up (earliest at 8am).

Upon arrival each gymnast is asked to check-in (registration). This is a very quick procedure during
which we mark that particular gymnast has arrived.

There is a dedicated person on the gates with a laptop running a check-in software who will assist gymnasts with the procedure.

We will let every gymnast or coach to listen to their music in order to make sure that the correct soundtrack is allocated to each routine.

We have warm up area where gymnasts can warm up and prepare. Rope and stretching pillow are required for warming up.

Once your daughter is in the competition area for the warm-up, she is not allowed to have contact with you until the competition is over to avoid any distractions that could prevent having a successful routine. While your child is in the competition area it's your coach's job to monitor her condition, give advice and motivate her to do her best.

The monitors installed in the warm-up area are displaying the actual running order. Coaches and gymnasts in the area could use these monitors as well as their mobile devices to follow the competition flow.

Rhythmic Gymnastics uniform, apparatus, leotards can be purchased at the RG shop during competition.

Entry tickets for non-competitive children and guests will be available at the entry. Cash or card:
